What to do if you cannot log in

Most login problems go away after you sign out and sign back in.

1. Click your initials at the top right of the page. Click Sign out.

2. Close the browser completely.

3. Open the browser again and go to app.gocinch.com.

4. Type your username in the Username box. Your username is not always your email address.

5. Type your password in the Password box. To see what you typed, click the eye icon at the right of the box.

6. Click the blue Login button.

Forgot your password or username?

1. Go to app.gocinch.com.

2. Look under the blue Login button.

3. Click Forgot password or Forgot username.

4. Follow the steps on the screen.

Still cannot get in?

1. Take a screenshot of the error on your screen.

2. Email us at support@gocinch.com.

3. Send us the screenshot, your username, and the address of your property.

4. We will find your account and fix it.
