How to find an item or ask us to add it

If you cannot find an item, send it to us. We will find it and add it to your cart.

1. On the main page, click Cinch Marketplace.

2. Click the search bar at the top of the page.

3. Type the name of the item and press Enter.

4. If nothing comes up, try a shorter or different name. For example, type "river rocks" instead of "small rocks in a bag."

1. Open the chat at the bottom right of the page.

2. Click Find an item I need.

3. Send us any of these: a photo of the item, the model number, a link to the item, or the size and color you need.

4. We will ask our vendors and send you options.

5. Tell us which one you want. We will add it to your cart.

6. Click the cart icon at the top right of the page. Click Next, then click Submit.

Some items take a few days to arrive. We will tell you before we add them.
