Why an order shows Expired or was cancelled

Some vendors cancel an order if it is approved too late. Approve orders within 5 days to be safe.

You can still approve it, but the vendor may not send it.

1. Click Orders in the dark blue bar at the top of the page.

2. Find the order that shows Expired.

3. Approve the order.

4. Open the order. Call or email the vendor to ask if they will still send it. Their phone number and email are on the order page.

3. Chat with us and send the order number.

4. We will put the order back in the approval list for you.
