How to check on an order and its delivery

The status next to your order tells you where it is and who can help.
Look at the dark blue bar at the top of the page. Click Orders. It is next to Purchase.
You will see a list of your orders. Find your order.
Look at the Status column next to your order.
What the status means
Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
Manager approval | Your manager has not approved the order yet | Ask your manager to approve the order |
Sent to vendor | The vendor has the order | Contact the vendor for the delivery date |
How to contact the vendor
Click Orders in the dark blue bar at the top of the page.
Click your order to open it.
You will see the vendor's phone number and email on the page.
Call or email the vendor. Give them your order number.
